PMPCitizen™ · Global Dynamics Consulting

Terms of Use

Effective 3 October 2026

These terms explain how PMPCitizen works, what we provide, and what we ask of everyone who uses it.

1. About PMPCitizen

PMPCitizen™ is a professional platform for project managers, built and operated by Global Dynamics Consulting (GDC), Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. By creating an account or using PMPCitizen you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. PMPCitizen and PMI

The Project Management Institute (PMI) sets the PMP exam requirements, decides who may sit the exam and certifies Project Management Professionals. PMPCitizen and GDC do not certify PMPs and do not decide your exam eligibility.

GDC’s certificate of completion confirms the 35 contact hours of project management education you attended in a PMPCitizen Master Class. Practice and mock exam questions are written for practice; they are not official PMI exam questions, and no score on PMPCitizen guarantees a result in the PMP exam. PMP and PMBOK are registered marks of the Project Management Institute, Inc.

3. Your account

  • Give accurate information, including the name that should appear on your certificate.
  • Keep your password private. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
  • Accounts are personal; do not share them. Tell the Office at once if you think someone else has used yours.

4. The Master Class, payments and refunds

  • Your place in a class is confirmed when the Office admits you, normally after payment. Prices, what is included and the payment terms are those in your proposal and invoice.
  • The class runs over five days with a GDC instructor. You earn the 35 contact hours only by attending all five days; a missed day can be made up in a later class, arranged with the Office.
  • After the class you receive three months of coaching, starting on the date agreed with your class.
  • Requests to move to another class, to withdraw or for a refund go to the Office and are decided by GDC under the terms of your proposal.

5. Community conduct

The community is a professional space. When you post, reply or upload:

  • Be respectful and constructive; disagree with ideas, not people.
  • Do not share confidential information about employers or clients, or anyone’s personal data without their permission.
  • Do not share exam questions from the real PMP exam, or material you do not have the right to share.
  • No spam, advertising without permission, harassment or unlawful content.

Moderators may hide content or limit an account that breaks these rules.

6. Your content and ours

You keep ownership of what you post. You allow GDC to show it on PMPCitizen to the members who can see that space, and to keep it as part of the discussion it belongs to.

PMPCitizen’s software, design, course materials, questions, PM Index™ and PM Impact™ belong to GDC or its licensors. You may use them for your own learning, but not copy, resell or publish them.

7. PDUs for certified PMPs

PMPCitizen helps certified PMPs track professional development and submit eligible activities for review. PMPCitizen does not report PDUs to PMI: you claim them yourself in PMI’s Continuing Certification Requirements System, and PMI decides whether they are accepted.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep PMPCitizen available and your records safe, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. We may improve or change features; we will not remove your certificates or learning records because of such changes.

9. Closing an account

You can ask the Office to close your account at any time. GDC may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why where possible. Certificates already issued remain verifiable.

10. Liability

PMPCitizen supports your preparation; your exam result depends on you and on PMI’s exam. To the extent the law allows, GDC is not liable for indirect losses, and its total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid GDC for the service concerned.

11. Law, changes and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. If we change them, we update the date above and tell members of important changes. Questions: sdm@pmpcitizen.com, or Help.
