Help

Answers to common questions. For anything else, the PMPCitizen Office is here to help.

›How do I join the PMP Master Class?
Start with the free eligibility check. The PMPCitizen Office reviews it, follows up with you and sends your proposal and invoice. Your place in a class is confirmed once you are admitted.
›I forgot my password
Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. We email you a link that works once and expires.
›Where do I see my class schedule and attendance?
Sign in and open your dashboard. Your class, the day you are on and your attendance are on the first screen.
›When do I get my 35 contact hours?
After the instructor confirms that you attended all five days of the class. Your certificate of completion then appears in your dashboard. PMI, not PMPCitizen, decides on exam eligibility and certifies PMPs.
›How does coaching work?
After the class you have three months of coaching: group sessions with your class, practice exams and monthly readiness reviews with your coach. Book and see sessions under Coaching in your dashboard.
›What is the community for?
Asking about real project situations, sharing what you learned, events and opportunities, with classmates, coaches and certified PMPs. Your class space is private to your class.
›I am a certified PMP. Can I record PDUs here?
You can track PDUs and submit eligible activities for review. You still claim PDUs in PMI’s own system (CCRS); PMPCitizen does not report to PMI for you.
›Can I install PMPCitizen on my phone?
Yes. Open PMPCitizen in your phone’s browser and choose “Add to Home screen” (or “Install app”). It opens like an app; you still need a connection to save anything.
